Cincinnati Mennonite Fellowship is a Christ-centered, welcoming and inclusive church community committed to peace and justice. We acknowledge and affirm the image of God in persons of every race, ability, class, gender, ethnicity and sexual orientation. We celebrate an open communion in which all who seek a closer journey with God are welcome to participate. We invite all who covenant with us to join in the full life of the congregation.
The Women in Leadership Project (MC USA) has published its second collection! I’ve Got the Power! Naming and Reclaiming Power as a Force for Good features papers from the 2016 Women Doing Theology conference. It includes diverse voices and perspectives on power from women around MC USA, including discussions of the strength of women in the Bible and in our own denominational history, and the generational harm of patriarchy. The collection can be downloaded for free from the Women in Leadership Project website, or purchased through Amazon at a cost of ten dollars. Read more about the book at the MC USA website.
